AI-augmented IT operations
Claude Code built into operations and development, under human control and with formal permissions: AI-assisted audits, documentation, internal penetration testing and development. About 1,300 documents, 2,400 commits and 80 automated operating procedures.
High-availability Proxmox virtualization
Full virtualization migration to a high-availability Proxmox VE cluster in four months, critical systems included, with a live storage cutover. No proprietary hypervisor left.
Encrypted, immutable backups
Replaced the proprietary backup solution with Proxmox Backup Server: encrypted nightly backups, immutable snapshots out of reach of a compromised administrator, proven restores. Anti-ransomware strategy delivered in ten weeks, critical risks handled by priority.
Zero Trust transformation
All firewalls moved to default-deny, security profiles on every rule, threat-intelligence blocklists and DNS sinkhole at no extra licence cost. MFA everywhere and conditional access with geo-blocking, simulated on more than 20,000 sign-ins before activation, with no user locked out. Directory migrated to Windows Server 2025 and hardened.
Real-time data distribution
Designed and built, single-handedly, a real-time data distribution pipeline (C++17 and C#): progressive rollout alongside the existing system, with line-by-line comparison and scripted rollback. Zero rejects, over 99.99% of messages acknowledged.
Security audits & policies
31 technical audits run in three weeks with AI assistance, consolidated into a roadmap presented to management. 32 security policies written, 27 approved. Answered security reviews from major clients (DORA) and ran an internal penetration test with AI agents.
Multi-site network
Leased lines replaced with dual-ISP IPsec VPNs and backup links, for contracted recurring savings. DMZ isolation and switch renewal.
Open-source monitoring & SIEM
Monitoring of every site with Prometheus, Grafana and Loki: availability, capacity, logs, dashboards and alert rules. Wazuh SIEM on servers: file integrity, CIS compliance, MITRE ATT&CK rules, alerts in under two minutes.
Open source & DevOps stack
Personal lab: Proxmox cluster (17 LXC containers), GitHub Actions CI/CD on self-hosted runners, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and Wazuh monitoring. Applications designed and built with Claude Code, including a structural engineering SaaS in public beta and a multilingual online shop.
